Another crazy month full of ups and downs.
Roger spent another 4 days in the hospital. Chest pains this time... - SCARY!
He is now doing fine, but taking things slow!
We took the time to visit our new Grand Baby, Cortana Rose and her family in Utah. We were there only a short time, but hope they could feel the love!
I hope our next visit will be longer!
Now it's time to fall back into routine and live each day as it comes.
The ups and downs, highs and lows, and the general lull of life brings me back to a quote from Elder Nelson in 1992 that I read again this morning:
"No
sacrifice is too great to have the blessings of an eternal marriage."
I believe this with all my heart!
I may not accomplish everything I want to in this life. But I have made temple covenants that give me the greatest hope and the desire to keep trying again each and every new day, come what may!
I love my scriptures and the talks of the General Authorities.
I am holding fast to the iron rod!!!
I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior, Jesus Christ. I love my family.
These are the things that matter most!
Hello Family and Friends!
This is definitely a work in progress. Roger and I are trying to catch up with the internet world. This is supposedly a team effort, he is so much more computer savy than I am. I cannot do this on my own. I am stepping out first and hopefully he will jump in and add graphics and pictures and links, etc.
It will be interesting to see what we can pull together, because we are such a salt and pepper team. We compliment one another, but do not always work things out the same way! For example, he is a temple worker, I am a family history buff. Ultimately the same goal, different departments. Such has been our life together...
We were laughing the other day, I am always in jeans and he doesn't even own a pair. The one day, I dress up to go shopping, he didn't.
So wish us luck and send us advice, I think we could really use it!
