Hello Family and Friends!

This is definitely a work in progress. Roger and I are trying to catch up with the internet world. This is supposedly a team effort, he is so much more computer savy than I am. I cannot do this on my own. I am stepping out first and hopefully he will jump in and add graphics and pictures and links, etc.

It will be interesting to see what we can pull together, because we are such a salt and pepper team. We compliment one another, but do not always work things out the same way! For example, he is a temple worker, I am a family history buff. Ultimately the same goal, different departments. Such has been our life together...

We were laughing the other day, I am always in jeans and he doesn't even own a pair. The one day, I dress up to go shopping, he didn't.

So wish us luck and send us advice, I think we could really use it!

Monsoon's Have Arrived!

The air outside now smells like rain most of the time!  I miss the clear blue sky and the stars at night.  When the storms hit, I am glad to be indoors!  I don't keep up with how many inches fall or whether we need more or less!  I am amazed at the wonders of the world and the natural course of each year!
I am grateful for the blessings of peace of mind and the love in my life. I know that when the storms hit - they can do some damage, but they all come to an end.  It amazes me that when they are over, I can usually look back and see what blessings came with them!  A good storm is sometimes the only way to clean the air!  I know that God can make something good out of the worst situation!  It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes:

"If our lives and our faith are centered upon
Jesus Christ and His restored gospel,
nothing can ever go permanently wrong.

On the other hand,
If our lives are not centered on the Savior and His teachings,
No other success can ever be permanently right."
